Buffy Bernhardt – Quantum Personal Growth

Joseph Hackett – Grind AVL, GrindFest & Black Wall Street AVL

Joseph is a visionary leader whose ventures Grind AVL Coffee Shop, GrindFest, and Black Wall Street AVL were already making a powerful mark in the Asheville community. What he needed was the structure, systems, and branding to elevate that impact and expand his reach.

We provided end-to-end support, building marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and branded digital assets that tied his ecosystem together. These efforts created momentum across all three of his ventures.

GrindFest grew from a community gathering into a regional movement, drawing thousands of attendees and generating an estimated $1.4 million in annual economic impact. Grind AVL became more than just a coffee shop; it established itself as a cultural and entrepreneurial hub, winning multiple awards and earning back-to-back recognition from the Asheville Chamber of Commerce as one of the city’s fastest-growing businesses.

At the same time, Black Wall Street AVL scaled into a cornerstone for Black entrepreneurship and economic empowerment, supporting hundreds of local businesses and gaining national recognition in publications like Forbes and Black Enterprise.

By aligning his vision with strong marketing systems and digital strategy, Joseph was able to magnify his influence, strengthen community engagement, and position his organizations as models of sustainable growth.

BRYCE ALLEN – EPI-CANNA

Bryce came to us with a strong sense of purpose and a brand concept already in place, but he needed guidance and structure to bring his vision fully to life. His journey into entrepreneurship was deeply personal his daughter’s battle with epilepsy inspired him to start a business that could create both impact and legacy. While Bryce had the passion, he needed ongoing mentorship to align his goals with the right systems, tools, and strategies.

Bruce worked with Bryce through weekly mentoring and consulting sessions, helping him clarify his vision, prioritize his goals, and build the confidence to step fully into entrepreneurship.
